 QA/QC Review for offshore inspection reports: MT, PT, UT, VT, UTM, IRIS, GVI, CVI, Flare, Pressure Vessel, Structure, Piping, Well Casing, Wellhead, Flowline, Production Header Manifold, Test Header Manifold, Anomaly.

 Prepare documents for offshore teams: ITP inspection test plan, AutoCAD ISO Drawing, P&ID and last inspection reports.

 Submitting the final reports, final inspection records and inspection DATA into the PTTEP Inspection Tracking Files Online System;
i. to ensure all the reports meet the PTTEP standard requirements
ii. to ensure no missing reports and secure DATA.
