• Reporting directly to the O&M Director, this role oversees all Moss Energy’s solar Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities in Thailand.
• Responsible for Moss Energy’s O&M portfolio, currently around 50 sites (manned and unmanned) for 125 MWp in Thailand.
• Responsible for all O&M employees, currently 45 engineers.
• Responsible for the performance (Performance Ratio, Availability, Production Yield) of all O&M sites in Moss Energy’s portfolio.
• Responsible for ensuring that Moss Energy’s O&M contractual requirements are met (e.g., all Preventive Maintenance is done on time, response times for corrective maintenance are respected, monthly reporting is sent to the client on time, performance guarantee targets are exceeded).
• Assists the O&M Director to develop Moss Energy’s O&M portfolio internationally.
• Works with the O&M Director to select and interview new employees within the O&M division.
• Works with the O&M Director to monitor the financials of the O&M division.
• Works with the O&M Director to negotiate new O&M contracts.
• Conducts client meetings (either through conference call or on site) as required.

• Follow and implement the ISO13485 documentation system and follow the work instruction in the maintenance department.
• Ensuring that all activity in department will be safety working first.
• Control preventive maintenance according to maintenance plan to meet the target.
• Control facility & utility machine system to prevent breakdown of the machine and reduce the time to fix the machine to be able to use normally.
• Control the quantity of spare parts within the maintenance department.
• Lead and guide team for TPM concept and automation to support production line.
• Arrange maintenance team to perform general maintenance within the factory and new solution of automation idea.
• Develop the machine system to be up-to-date and always ready to use.
• Ensuring that basic facilities & utilities, such as water, chiller and electrical system, buildings are well-maintained.
• Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
• Advising business on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Problem analysis with corrective and preventive action.

• Further roll out TPM for our plants up to world class levels.
• Responsible for Preventive, Predictive and Reactive Maintenance of the Assembly lines and Facilities/Utilities and buildings.
• Measure and report TPM metrics and act upon them.
• Build skills and knowledge within your team.
• Control the quality of work within your team and support in failure analysis and corrective actions.

• Reduce Set-up times, MTBF and MTTR.
• Create continuous improvement proposals to increase OEE improvements.
• Take part in projects to recommend design for maintenance and to release maintenance documentations.
• Take part in PFMEA sessions.
• Create work instructions and checklist for maintenance activities.
• Take part in the weekly management team meeting.
• Execution of Lean, 5S & Safety in all activities.
• Perform activities according to ISO 9001.
• Develop and execute a mid and long-term Maintenance strategy to meet company goals.
