- Gathering requirements from users and prepare the
document such as Business Flow and System or Data
Flow of Healthcare Industry (with Nurse and Doctor)
- Create the Functional Specification document, User’s
Manual, Test scripts for UAT and SIT with the user.
- Design Phototype UX/UI for Mobile/Web Applications
by using Figma for discuss with the user.
- Review the quality and test the program after the
developer develops the program in SAP (ERP in
Healthcare), also test on Mobile Application and Web
Application.
- Training the user via create the Instructional Media
(Video, Slide) and Support/Monitoring the user after
release the software into Production.
- Being Scum Master to facilitators for agile teams
working under the scrum methodology.
