• Manage driver development, identify & attack problem areas for drivers, and negotiate with businesses for driver perks.
• Manage compliance programs focused on Operational Risk Management (trust and safety, fraud, security, partner onboarding, vehicle inspections).
• Evaluate the economic and strategic costs/benefits of programs and work with management to execute those strategies as efficiently as possible.
• Interfacing, negotiating and managing with transport operation service providers.
• Develop an operations procedure to improve transportation and distribution efficiency by effectively coordinate with concerned parties, especially in cost, accident and delivery schedule.
• Manage safety and environment of departing from specified operating procedures (work practices) and the potential legal consequences to the employee, goods and the company.
• Analyzing transport problems and producing new solutions.
• Quality Management Representative (QMR).
