• To monitor and ensure that all operating procedures at the property run smoothly, including security, fire safety,
emergency, and evacuation procedures.
• Review records, check list and data getting from service & maintenance of Building and report out regularly.
• Handle all customers on enquires, feedbacks and complaints.
• Follow up and completion event management, accounting, incident, and maintenance reports.
• Accountable to the Act under the Condominium Act, Condominium Regulation, Committee and Company Policies.
