-Develops comprehensive project plans, including setting objectives, defining timelines, and identifying necessary resources. Creates a work breakdown structure and communicates it to stakeholders.
-Manages both human and material resources associated with the project to ensure efficient utilization in accordance with established guidelines.
-Tracks the progress of the project and provides regular reports to the relevant team members. Includes addressing issues and making adjustments to the plan as necessary.
-Engages in effective communication with the project team and stakeholders to convey relevant information pertaining to the project.
-Inspects and manages the quality of the work as specified in the project plan.
