ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply
goods to deliver excellent customer service.
Resolve the problem that customers have mentioned professionally and courteously.
Collaborate with the research and development team to ensure quality control by
following customer requirements. Managing relationships with existing customers and developing new ones with
potential clients.
Support customer with the problem solving and service solutions that meet their
precise needs.
Project Management ( Construction project.) , Provide the supplier that have ability and
tools by follow the spec of the project that under my control. ( Government project and
private company project )
Manage and Negotiate with supplier with the best price deal by follow up the project
target.
Design call plan/customer visit plan.
Collaborated with customers in and outside of the country depending on the business
group, paying attention to the details of the product to respond to customer
requirements, and used empathetic problem-solving methods. Assist with the
preparation of project details.
Responsible in project management. - Provide the supplier that have suitable with in
the project.
