Project : Transmission Pipeline 5TP3 (05-April-2022 To 30-Nov-2023)
Position : Supervisor (Pipeline) Department :Construction

Responsibility
: Receive work from site Engineer.
: Check Drawing and Preparation Equipment ,Machine,Manpower.
: Lifting Plan Checking.
: Notification of work permit regarding work.
: Assignment / Making Report Daily
: Coordination with Subcontractor consultant or Owner.

WORK ABOUT
PIPING : Preparation Pipe Spoon And Material for work Piping
: PIPING LINE UTILITY AIR (PIPE TREAD)
: PIPING LINE POTABLE WATER (PIPE TREAD)
: PIPING LINE NITROGEN
: Can read (Drawing ISO)

Touch up Painting
: Check Project Procedure For Work (Font/Size/Color)
: Cut Sticker Line Number & Valve Number
: Mark up on key-plan or drawing
: Make Touch up Painting

Commissioning : Work Commissioning at Block Valve TP5Mixig (TP5MX)
- Check Valve Status (LOTTO)
- Operation ON/OFF Valve (Following PTT )
- Check Leak and hold Pressure (Following Work Procedure)

Pipeline
: Support Eng. Site / Control work Pipeline (OPEN-CUT & TIE-IN)
: Site Clearing/Stringging Pipe
: Trenching / Lowering
: Fit-up Pipe for Welding
: Install Screw Ancher
: Install FOD (Fiber Optic Duct)
: Backfilling / Reinstatment + Marker post
: Tie-in
