ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Setup software, hardware and config policy to client pc.
• Preventive maintenance in PM plan (2/year)
• Computer system maintenance technician in the office and troubleshooting basic problems of various computer systems.
• Troubleshooting in hardware, software and basic network.
• Supports, consulting and solving computer problems and various systems for user.
• Find solution and fixed problems with computer system security and viruses.
• Installation of LAN cables, audio, computers, network routers, Switch HUB, projectors, screens, camera systems, teleconferencing, etc.
• Monitoring backup on servers (by Backup Exec tool).
• Take care, receive notifications, follow up on requests for services from IT departments and related documents, and coordinate with departments.
• Create forms for satisfaction survey follow user request.
• Investigation caused of incidents, accidents or injure and reporting or providing suggestions to company.
• Preparing documents for the purchase of computers and equipment of the department.
• Create user, group and set access permission file shared on server.
• Prepare data and reports.
• Understand the ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 systems.
