- Supervising and conducting the installation of electrical equipment and systems such
as fire alarm system, control cabinet, main distribution board, CCTV system, lighting
system, lightning protection, telephone & computer wiring, emergency system, low
voltage power supply from MEA, race way system, electric wire & cable, switch & outlet
- Overseeing installation, operation, and maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation
systems, including managing split-type air conditioning units with wireless remote
controls, exhaust fans, air ducts, air grilles, and control panels, raceway systems for
electrical wiring
- Overseeing Plumbing Systems, ordering and sourcing necessary plumbing equipment
and materials and controlling installation of plumbing systems to ensure they meet
design specifications and standards
- Performing testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure proper
functionality and compliance with specifications
- Preparing weekly reports, including project status, system performance, and
compliance
- Coordinating with other engineering disciplines, contractors, and clients to ensure
project goals are met
