Production Planning Control Task (8 years)
• Have experience in new plant setup for Production Planning and Material Control Systems, Warehouse and Logistic Systems, Barcode Systems, and Production Systems.
• Overall manage and control inventory (Production-Sale-Inventory) of factory / KPI reduce inventory.
• Create strategy optimization operation planning and Inventory long-term plan.
• Sale Forecast data analysis ensures correct data and decides on optimization factory capacity plan.
• Leader for S&OP meeting, Master Production Schedule (MPS, Monthly, Weekly Plan) control reach production output target
• Capacity 4M Plan (SMT, Assembly Process) and EMS outsource control Out-In Parts consignment and Semi parts control without any stop line
• 4 M. Plan and Decide to Optimize Production Planning for Minimize Production Operation Cost
• SMT-EMS Quotation outsourcing and operation cost control under process budget cost
• SMT Production Outsource Control and Material Outsource Consignment Control.
• Material Plan and Control parts supplier delivery performance control and Improvement parts shortage.
• Production output monitoring and Improvement production reduce waste of operation.
• Delivery Finished Control and Monitoring delivery to customer milk-run on time.
• Parts supply to the production line on time control.
• Experience Set up a new plant for the new production line.
• Co-operate Logistic team to control import parts and shipment of goods to Japan, USA

Procurement Task
• Release parts long team yearly forecast to Supplier for set budget and cost negotiate
• Release parts forecast advance N+4 months for Capacity Survey Confirm from supplier 4M plan
• Release fix PO to supplier and 4 Weekly delivery confirmation
• Manage Supplier / Monitoring Control parts for delivery on time.
• Supplier monthly performance evaluation score and improve supplier lower than KPI.
• Leader Annual plan and Audit supplier with core team IATF16949
• Escalate Reduce Inventory by reducing PO ordering lead time with the supplier
• Parts NG quality claim follow-up and monthly summarize charge claim cost
• Handle Supplier parameter settings in the system in case of wrong conditions in the SAP system

Warehouse Task
• Manage FIFO part storage
• Set up Max-Min control Sub-Material
• Set Bare code for the storage system, Address Setting.
• Electronic parts (IC) WH environment parameter control, electrostatic, temperature, humidity
• Control system error in received-storage-supply (Raw Material, Finish Good, Sub-Material)
• Handle Warehouse operator 50 persons. & team leader 5 persons
• Stock diff, Improvement accuracy from 90 to 99% weekly cycle count.
• Physical Quarter Counting stock improvement from manual count to using barcode scan count reduces human error and reduces stock counting lead time from 3 to 1.5 days
• Control operation packing for export shipment
• Leader Kaizen with the WH team

Production Manager (+5 years)
Operation
• Production end-line output control reaches planning target Hourly, Daily, and Weekly
• Handle Production Operation 4M shortage and reduced waste (Man, Material, Machine, Method)
• Control and follow up production line stop closely and improve production OEE%
• Operator in a short-term and long term plan set budget
• Production Efficiency and Productivity maintain KPI company goal
• Setting procedure for start line control process parameter.
• Setting loss code in the system for analysis of waste for improvement
• Leader projects with core team process engineering, design for lean activity, reduce cycle time, etc.
Cost
• Human Productivity Control (Utilization Operator refer to Engineering Process Design line configuration)
• Improve operator process actual cost to reach finance standard cost target
• Handle Production KPI, Productivity, (Human cost, Material Scrap)
Quality
• Set up an activity to improve the reduce customer claim quality issue.
• Handle quality internal claim operator error assembly, defect, and scarp rate reach target.
• Improvement (Kaizen)
• Set up an activity to improve cost saving on the production process, and reduce material scrap.
• Motivate line leader and operator 5S, QCC activity, and Kaizen Award
• Improve team skills with subordinates.

System Skill
• Have AS400-MRP Program Skill
• Have SAP Implement Skill, BOM Module, Scheduling Planning Module (PP), Material Module (MM)
Inventory Module (MB),
• Have knowledge of the Push-Pull system
• Excellence Excel program, Excel Marco for Production plan data such as Calculate, etc.
