Year 1991, Started working as an engineer. Maintain machinery (Preventive Maintenance) and control utilities (boilers, steam distribution systems, and electrical distribution systems in factories)
Year 1993, I served as secretary for the project to build a new factory. By working with the team to design systems within the factory. Organize meetings on project progress and coordinate with external agencies regarding requesting various permissions, such as municipalities, the Provincial Electricity Authority, and the Royal Irrigation Department.
Year 1995, was promoted to engineering department manager.
Year 1999, moved back to Rang-sit factory. With the objective and goal to solve problems.

Year 2003, carried out the assigned goals and was able to lead the factory to compete in the Thailand Energy Awards, winning first place in the controlled factory category.

Year 2003, according to the goals set for resolving community complaints. Therefore, we work on the environment seriously until we receive certification to the ISO 14001 standard.
Year 2015, was prompted to Division Manager of Engineering, Safety and Environment Department.
Year 2016, Training at America CEDI-Babson Entrepreneurial Leadership program by Babson University
Year 2018, received the Thailand Energy Award. Winner of the controlled factory category
Year 2020, we continued to work on energy conservation and resolve complaints from the community. Until continuously receiving awards for energy conservation and in 2020 received the GSEE award from the Provincial Electricity Authority. Moreover, in the same year, the environment and legal compliance received a Green Industry 4 level upgrade from the Department of Industrial Works. Since 1998 until the present, there have been no complaints from the community.
Year 2021, Set up a maintenance forecasting system in the maintenance department and do TPM projects together with the production department. It also sets up a system. Smart Factory By installing Scada systems in utility and production systems.
