create BOM , kick off meeting , create DFM ,PPAP, design assembly line asstst to install new equipment as heat stacking, design JIG for assy,then follow up untill customer approval. submit part approve FAI report//PPAP package.

Follow up tooling in house and follow up result the tooling from oversea (tooling transfer) request sample and inspection data with 3D mold ,also lasted injection parameter. When 1st passed( only plastics) find tune all machine to optimize best condition that build good parts .create all documentation as WI , Q point , Limit sample , training operator ,Trial build part , time record , Evaluation DOE and record when finding target  transfer all data to Production to MASS PRO.(support around 2month)
