ALSTOM (Thailand) Ltd. (Pink and Yellow Line monorail Project, Bangkok, Thailand)

Provide Employee and Subcontractor training such as Safety Induction, Basic Fire Fighting, First Aid, Committee training, Permit to work Guide, Work at Height, and Electrical Safety Training.
Develop, gather, and manage EHS data for Project EHS reporting in line with legal, client, and ALSTOM requirement for event notification, reporting & any other EHS-related topics.
Manage contractor to follow all legal, client & ALSTOM EHS requirements.
Conduct investigations on EHS and follow up on remedial actions and prepare reports concerning safety, for emerging trends and lessons learned in order to prevent recurrent incidents.
Participate in preparing "Smart Punch Item & Site Access Management " (SAFETYMINT).
Review Permit to work via web-based (SAFETYMINT).
Presentation of EHS Weekly and Monthly progress to the client.
Organize Safety Award presentation and Health & Well Being activities in the project.
Prepare EHS Master Plan
Execute ALSTOM Zero Deviations Plan (AZDP Audit)
Collaborate with ALSTOM EHS corporate for External and Internal Audit ISO9001, 14001, 45000.
Attend Safety Committee Meeting.
Perform Site patrol audit to measure the safety culture in the organization. (Mobile Crane, Installation cart, and Subcontractors)
Conduct Toolbox talk and Risk Assessment before starting working.
To establish and maintain an emergency plan and conduct drills at least once a year.
Attend and perform Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).
Prepare a report for submission to The Ministry of Labour.
Collaborate with government officials and customers.
Execute complying with COVID-related requirements in the Country if the situation changes and provide prompt recommendations to the team on the countermeasures.
