Responsibilities
- Remove the drawings, separate the amount of structural work, architecture, utility system work and create a
back up for the inspection price.
- Prepare Back Up (Check list)
- Prepare BOQ quantity
- Study the design, Spec and Blank Form BOQ.
- Prepare necessary information related to construction drawings for the team to implement on the project
- Prepare documents during the preparation estimate before going to the quantity adjustment meeting.
