ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
-Develop system Helpdesk to the new requirements
-Business flow of the over all system
Prepare test scenarios, test cases, wrote design document and user documentation
Training the users every branches
Receive problems over the phone and resolve them which has more than 100 problem cases
per day
To be part of a Maxnet ADSL team to take care of every modules of the project (sales, network
equipment, network pair, customer, billing, credit control, payment, products and promotions)
Implement the new ADSL’s customer management system and billing project
Develop Credit control flow system and aging report
Cleansing the data with the migration team

Doctor Station System, Payment System, Medicine Dispensing System, Appointment System,
Laboratory Control System, Radiology Control System, Inventory Control System, Ward Control
System, Diagnosis Related Group Control, Physiology System, Dental System, Operation Room
Unit System and Doctor Fee System) such as Ministry of Public Health, Loei Hospital and
Phangnga General Hospital
