ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
● Receive complaints and collect information about quality problem form customer
● To get direct data claim from customer & analysis & report & follow-up
● Assist/coordinate customer, and internal corrective and preventive actions
● Coordinate with relate internal departments to temporary action problem. So as not to affect the customer production line
● Leader team for solving problem of non-conformity parts analysis and take the corrective action
● Support team for take the corrective action and analysis problem
● Follow up document support 8D report
● Summary problem claim and improvement follow up presentation with customer and Department Manager
● Work with any relate departments for quality problem investigate/verification
● Prepare documents requesting special use for non-conformity parts in some cases to request customers to consider
● Create and revise quality relate documents (Inspection standard, Limit sample standard and One-point/Q-point and other)
● Support and collect documents PPAP (Control Plan, FMEA and other)
● Support all customer for yearly audit, activities and other
● Internal audit for process
● Patrol process to monitoring process and follow up to corrective action
● Training and attribute test to operators about customer claim and limit sample for judgement defect
● Leader team for activity “Machining Kaizen Defect” to improvement and reduce defects in the production process
