- Senior Process Engineering & Improvement position .
The skill is control process & quality of glove analysis defect and find root
cause and solve it’s defect.
Related to formulation of latex plan compound latex and coagulant and
machine. Supervise and Control to meet the requirements.
Improvement work focuses on proactive work to increase the efficiency of
employees, machines to increase productivity while reducing production
costs.
Study methods and find faults to find ways for prevent problems in various
production inprocesses to reduce problems that occur and affect glove
products.
Study the elimination of risk factors caused by machines. and other related
components can affect glove products
- January 2023 QA/QC Assistance Manager.
The skill is control quality and glove analysis defect
QC takes care of glove quality control work. both in form of online glove
quality inspection.
Checking the quality of gloves Pre-shipment By off lots big size as well as taking
care of all aspects of QC documents.
QA is responsible for quality control of chemical incoming used in the glove
manufacturing process.
Checking the quality of chemicals in process and certifying the quality of
gloves in the COA (Tensile, Force at Break, Bricking & Brocking Test) for
customers, as well as taking care of QA documents support.
- November 2022- Present supervise ISO13485: 2016 and ISO:9001:
2015 Requirements & Internal Audit along with QA&QC and Lab work.
Develop quality standards for products in the organization's
production processes and measurement, testing, sampling methods.
and other steps to ensure compliance with compliant standards.
according to the whole quality control plan of EN, ASTM, ISO
standards, check for quality problems along with suggesting ways to
solve problems report results in real time to relevant parties. Along with
driving the team to reduce variation by using the SPC tool to improve
raw material and packing for each process as needed.
