Responsibility:
- Take sample powder plastic and plastic pellets for Lab analysis.
- Check sample plastic pellets by RD request.
- Check the Chemical feed condition & Inventory stock.
- Take and sent the Daily report such as;
• Plastic pellets Analysis Result.
• Check Quality plastic pellets of plant.
- Cleaning and PM Lab machine.

• Take sample and analysis of water at Deaerator & furnace (Process area)
• Take a sample and analysis of cooling water at Cooling Tower(Utility area)
• Check the Chemical feed condition & Inventory stock
• Unload and top up the Chemical tanks
• Adjust stroke pump and Chemical feed rate to control Quality
• Take and sent the Daily report such as;
- Water Analysis Result
- Boiler Water Quality
