[SAFETY ROLES]
1. Set KPI and individual targets for the team and follow them up on a regular basis
2. Lead, motivate and manage the team to deliver high-quality results
3. Set up, Manage & develops procedures of the Occupational Health and Safety and Environment Management System.
4. Organize, develop, supervise, and support ERTs (Emergency Response Team) to be active and professional in handling emergency
5. Plan, organize and evaluate the program/activities to build employee awareness on HS&E.
6. Perform accident/incident investigation, report, record and analysis.
7. Improvement, Monitor and audit work permit, contractor safe work permit, PPE usage, working area.
8. Communicate safety knowledge to employees, create HSE bulletin board for communications
9. Conduct safety training on HS&E for employees, contractors and concerned parties.
10. Coordinate with government & vendor on issues related to HS&E
11. Check the emergency notification system and control CCTV.
[HEALTH & WELLNESS ROLES]
1. Evaluate risks that may affect the health of employees.
2. Create an annual health examination program based on risk factors for employees in each department.
3. Arrange training activities to provide knowledge under the work well program to employees. The activities are divided as follows: [Live well, Think well, Feel well, Plan well] - Training to provide health media knowledge
- Vaccine procurement service for employees
- Arrange health campaign activities to encourage employees to exercise
- Arrange mental health training and provide mental health knowledge media to employees.
- Arrange training on social health and provide educational media on social health to employees.
- Arrange financial health check training and provide financial health education media to employees
[ENVIRONMENT ROLES]
1. Prepare an annual work environment inspection plan.
2. Training on emergency response in case of chemical spills
3. Manage the storage of hazardous waste and transport of hazardous waste outside the factory.
4. Manage an environment control for company air emission, water pollution, industrial waste including submitting environment report required of the legal.
5. Daily record information about air emission, water pollution, industrial waste in factory for analyze trend of environmental factor that may be illegal or affect to community.
6. Implement and develop environmental projects to prevent and decreasing the environment impact.
7. Review, summary, and update law and legal’s requirement related with concern Dept. including to check the compliance performing with the company.
8. Training employees in topics of environment’s legal and prevention measurement.
