Responsibility:

1. Safety
- Make sure no incident happens at warehouse
- Consolidate safety behavior of employees and continue to build safety culture.
- Improve capability of hazard recognition.
- Improve standard 5S for RMWH.
- Implement incident sharing, report near miss cases & highlight learning as well as relevant action at workplace.

2. Quality
- Make sure no NC/NCR at pre batching stage through:
- Review and strengthen processes at packaging and material pre-batching stage.
- Continue to build the quality culture through GEMBA Process confirmation
- Strictly control processes related to hygiene of pipeline and equipment at bulk tank and semi bulk tank.
- Improve shelf-life management to alert and find the action before material expired

3. Deliver
- No RM material shortage relate to stock not accuracy
- Coordinate with planning to have suitable incoming raw material order.
- Adhere to the production plan to make sure raw materials come on time.
- Review inventory at minimum level to highlight with planning timely when there's risk of shortage.
- Improve stock accuracy rate
- Improve FIFO process

4. Cost
- Reduce disposal or write off material cost
- Make sure no big loss of material at warehouse through:
- Update timely the inventory movement on the SAP.
- Improve inventory count practice at all frequency daily, weekly, monthly
- Increase capacity of warehouse
- Inventory reduction

5. People
- Convert casual to FTE
- Communicate of career path
- Clear roles and responsibility
- Continue to maintain engagement in employee through recognition, coaching.
- Multi skill and training plan

6. Technology
- Study Mess lite project
- Study barcode system and handheld scanner
- MES Lite project

Responsibility:

- To oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding service and dispatch of a wide variety of product.
- To control operation cost together with profitability as business plan and assignment aligning with revenue in the site.
- To analyze the clause and report to Management about revenue and profit for non-achievement and outstanding.
- To set plans to manage warehouse in compliance with policies and vision.
- To oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
- To set up plan layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
- To control overtime and administration cost under suitable and maize cost. If some point is over, Manager should be ind out and solve the problem neither cut some process is unnecessary nor new assignment for other CS support short term.
- To prepare annual budget.
- To manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
- To maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
- To plan work rotes, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results.
- To find the solution and use other tools especially, IT system instead of worker for adding the efficiency job, reduction cost and time and avoid any human error.
- To produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc).
- To review system for short cut some unnecessary process and/or add a new function for make the value on the job.
- To issue QT for customer.
- Follow up revenue report, space report, prospect report, KPI report.
