27)Water treatment chemical and City water cost reduction, initiation of Partial DI for Chlorination process, improve water supply to chlorination by improve capacity of DI plant and some piping.
28)Water saving through water gel reduction, changing water treatment chemical by using PAC instead of ALUM resulting in significant reduction of water gel formation in the leaching tanks and able to last longer retention of the water replacement, saving is determined by water cost reduction due to reduce frequency in changing water of leaching tanks.
29) Scrubber Chemical usage optimization, This project is to improve the chemical dosing pump to optimum size which is smaller than the current units, resulting in chemical usage reduced with no effected to environment.
30) Waste water treatment ponds Defoamer saving, to reduce defoamer consumption by modifying and optimizing stroke pumps, This will reduce the dosage of the defoamer with no effect to environment.
30,A) Waste water sludge disposal cost reduction, separating the water tanks back wash water to de-sludge process and then collect the soil sludge for agricultural activity instead, the soil sludge from back wash is no toxicity contain confirmed by external lab and approved by Ministry of Industry
