In my present job, I use a variety of teaching methods and materials to educate students.

Planning and preparing lessons according to specific levels. Encouraging student participation since they have different levels of attention. I sometimes sing and dance during the class in order to get their attention. I found these activities fun and interesting that these work most of the time.

I am always motivated by the development of students.

I take ownership of my professional development. There were a lot of unexpected problems during the class for example slow learners or talkative students, so I managed to encourage and support those students to bring out their strengths and best. I am happy and grateful to see students grow effectively. I strongly believe my interest will add value in this position.
