1. Directly report to GM -Plant Operation.

6. Corrective and improvement while problem occurred control and training inspector work follow as procedure
and plan to the target.
7. Environmental management review control as the system and planning organizing production schedules
Conduct process improvement dialog with Section Managers, Team Leads and Team Members
8.Develop detailed near-term and long-term production plan and drive root cause corrective action process
Audit and report on safety, Quality, Certification, standard work, productivity and overall equipment effectiveness metric
9.To Manage and control all production activities and monitoring production capacity and production planning.
10.Ensure effective use of materials, machines and manpower and finish products comply with the quality specification
ASME, DIN and JIS standard.
11.Ensure delivery according production plan and meet the objective of quality ISO 9001:2015.
12.Promote cost effectiveness and overall productivity and efficiencies of production lines to meet KPI.
13.Responsible to process approach and rick assessment in production.
14.Works closely with Quality Assurance Team for Overseeing production processes.
15.Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.

- Manage and work with suppliers regarding the incoming and production non conformance materials resulting in MRB /
RTV / root cause analysis that impacts the supply delivery requirements, materials plans and short term capacity plans to meet
production schedules and inventory objectives.
- Work with suppliers on material quality problem solution for corrective action implementation. Review quality data,
investigation root causes and ensure corrective actions are taken by supplier.
- Communicate with internal parties and suppliers on containment action and corrective action issue
- Supplier localization, parts qualification, quality control and management.
- Scheduling to visit to audit supplier.
- Quality weekly report.
- Participate to internal quality improvement.
- Develop the incoming inspection criteria for incoming materials.
- Include all the customer that you have done for FA and mold buy off.
