-Develop new products and improve existing product to enhance quality,reduce cost ,eases the operation test materail, ingredient, product and machine for company.
-Oversee the generation and development of bakery-related products and beverages and the improvement of existing recipes.
-Work collaboration with QA and production team to reviw and update products process.
Estimate and calculate about new products.
:Cost of raw materials and ingredients used.
:Cost of finished product.
:Cost of goods sold.
:Cost per unit.
-Plan, monitor and control all activities of the R&D section.
