ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Support complaints, problems with user voice/data of GSM/UMTS + HSPA/3G 4G and 5G.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding service.
- Providing data analysis, evaluating the networks problems and solutions suggestion.
- Deliver several services of Mobile radio network design, optimization and performance management.
- Investigate Radio access network KPI performance
- Conducting network system analysis, OSS/KPIs monitoring and optimization.
- Providing traffic/network performance degradation detecting and trouble shooting.
- Monitoring basic KPI (Interference, Cell availability, Active user, Utilize, Throughput) after tuning
-To analyze customer usage results and problem areas from reports to find solutions to improve and solve problems for customers.
-To do a KPI report summarizing the number of customers who are compliant and the number of problem areas to summarize the results of solutions.

- Support radio network planning & optimization project of GSM/UMTS + HSPA/3G 4G and 5G.
- To perform In-Building Survey and analysis.
- Design power link budget calculations(DAS)
- Active Antennas system (LAMSITE)
- Tuning and Optimization.
- To perform the analysis of coverage, call dropped, call failed, data throughput.
- To enhancement the network performance by using suitable features and techniques.
- To enhance of distributed antennas system.
- To perform OSS KPI analysis.
-To prepare a signal test report after signal quality improvement.
-To prepare a summary report of KPI results in the form of tables, graphs, and charts.
-To analyze reports and summarize problems, solutions, and signal tests, including solutions to improve signal quality.
- Generate technical proposal document (CQT&CVT,PAT,FAT) for submit to the customer.
