1. Monitoring the rubber mixing process to address inconsistent viscosity.
2. Studying the steps involved in material preparation for production, molding processes, parameter adjustments, defective part segregation, and analyzing production processes causing defects to provide solutions, such as injection molding and vulcanization.
3. Preparing Work Instructions (WI) for employees on the methods for testing rubber viscosity.
4. Conducting a cooperative education project with a focus on studying and developing solutions to swelling issues in rubber caused during the production of center bearings.
