▪ Assessing Claims within the time frame under the terms of the insurance policy.
▪ Checking pre-existing conditions and waiting period conditions and submitting history requests for outpatients (OPD) and inpatients (IPD).
▪ Sending email and/or call to confirm document receiving claim, request for extra document needed.
▪ Organize and manage documents, also fill into systems.
▪ Perform other tasks assigned by the team leader.

▪ Responsibilities Assessing Claims within the time frame under the terms of the insurance policy.

▪ Create scenario and testing claim from scenario for new product in system(UAT)
▪ Prepare manual ISO 9001 : 2015 Health audit
▪ Daily member import and update data on system
