ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1.spot check parameter in production line
and compounding for control quality glove and
quality reports are done.
2. To spot check IPQC worker are checking parameter
accurately and verify the parameter
compliance.
3. Conduct assembly & proficiency test with inspectors.
4. To provide training IPQC worker follow SOP and training for
other knowledge & supervise.
5. Assist QA HOD, QA HOT to motivate and provide
improvement maximum quality and
productivity.
6. Feedback to production regarding the production problems
and support to finding root cause
and result conclusion.
7. Ensure good discipline on staff and workers & provide
adequate training to all IPQC crews.
8. To prepared report for support request form related department.

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1.Control quality analysis of raw materials,
products during the production process, final products. In the
analysis of microbial testing , Antibiotic residues, and a tasting
test (Sensory Test) according to the specified plan.
2. Control analysis Monitor the testing of cleaning efficiency of
the area, structure, machinery, equipment, equipment used in
the production process (Swab Test) and evaluate the test
results. And suggest flaws that need to be corrected and notify
the Staff and supervisors
3. Verify and report the results of microbial analysis analysis,
results of antibiotic analysis of Tetracycline Group, Swab Test
results and Sensory Test results to supervisors.
