Create new business opportunities, analyze strengths, weaknesses, and find business opportunities.
To lead working team and collaborate with site research team and related cross functional to make the investment proposal that generated the best return to business and present to CPF's committee to seek for an approval.
To develop sites through property process and complete in timeline to deliver new store opening program.
Manage/Coordinate with top executives to follow up & ensure all strategies and initiatives are effectively managed
Establish process necessary for effective target deployment and plan implementation
Provide strategic advice to management to meet organizational budgeting and approval processes

To locate and acquire new sites for Chester’s, Chester's Coffee, The Kitchen, Chick Cargo, Taliew and others with new spaces following strategic growth requirements for the long-term plan in right format and location to meet our customer’s needed.
To identify, survey, assess and secure the new sites in line with the company’s strategic expansion program.
