I have strong engineering professional skills in Food Technology, Food Processing, and Dairy and Beverage Products. I have strong experience in maintenance and troubleshooting problem of dairy, powder handling and beverage processing machines.
I have certificate from Tetra Pak UHT machines such as sterilizers and Aseptic tanks, other machines: Tubular and plate heat exchangers, Homogenizers, Separators and Mixers.

My responsibility are below
• Travel to customer sites in order to:
o Conduct preventive maintenance activities in line with global Tetra Pak standard procedures and reinstate equipment into production environment according to defined expectations
o Execute installation tasks, including the assembly of complete batching and processing systems
o Execute installation of relevant rebuilding/upgrade kits according to procedures and reinstate equipment into production environment according to defined expectations
o Execute timely reporting of all discovered Technical Issues
• Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak at all times, ensuring and promoting good working relationships with the customer and ensure that Tetra Pak’s reputation is sustained
• Provide technical reports and suitable recommendations in order to ensure customer
reliability about Tetra Pak’s services.
• Conduct on-site/off-site Operator and Mechanical training for internal Tetra Pak and customer personnel
• Maintain Issue resolution database
• Perform troubleshooting and fault finding services onsite and by phone
• Install set-up and support through remote support when off-site
• Regular time entry, service reporting and e-mail correspondence
• Emergency phone support and on-demand service for the 24-hour support line on a rotational basis
• Obtain and maintain key certifications on key components and modules
• Root Cause Analysis, PSM (Problem Solving Methodology).




I received to many training from Tetra Pak and outside such as below
1. Machines ; UHT machines such as sterilizers and Aseptic tanks, other machines: Tubular and plate heat exchangers, Homogenizers, Separators and Mixers, Pumps & valves, instruments, PLC. etc.
2. A lot of safety training such as hot work, work with electrical, work at height, confine space, etc.
3. Food process ; UHT, Pasteurizer, Dairy products, Beverage products, Powder handling Etc.
4. PLC SIEMENS training at SIEMENS company.
5. Soft Skill training such as Problem Solving Methodology, Customer experience, Continuous Improvement Methodology for Services Field Force, Root Cause Analysis. Etc.
6. E-Learning from company server more than 100 courses ; Engineering, Soft Skill, English, Safety, Customer, Maintenance, Food safety, Packaging etc.

• Supervise installation feed meal plant on overseas by combine each machine together such as drier, boiler, evaporator, screw conveyer ,condenser, pumps, steam and water system, piping and ducting, condensate return system, oil separation system, pump system, waste treatment system ,piping ,ducting, hammer mill ,electrical system and etc. Commissioning, test run the machines, keep information and adjustment.

• Communication with customer for installation, introduction, training customer.
