Responsibilities : Environmental Engineer design sludge removal system, prepare a drawing for pipe work and machine installation in the industrial water production and sediment removal system, supply machine and pass strict quality control from mechanical installation and test Overall Equipment Effectiveness to achieve the objectives and goals set.

ONNUCH Central Wastewater Treatment Plant capacity of 1,000 m3/day, which wastewater source from leachate On Nut Solid Waste Disposal Center. Chemical characteristics showed that the highest concentration of COD more than 10,000 mg/l and dissolved solids (TDS) more than 7,500 mg/l use Membrane Bioreactor technology (Bioreactor + UF + NF + RO Unit) in wastewater which very dirty and contains a high amount of organic matter.

โครงการก่อสร้างระบบผลิตน้ำอุตสาหกรรม เพื่อส่งจ่ายนิคมอุตสาหกรรมอมตะ ซิตี้ และ โรงไฟฟ้ากัลฟ์ กำลังการผลิต 100,000 ลบ.ม./วัน ซึ่งใช้เทคโนโลยี High Rate Solid Contact Clarifier ในกระบวนการตกตะกอน และใช้เทคโนโลยีการกรองแบบ Rapid Sand Filter ซึ่งคุณภาพน้ำผ่านการบำบัดแล้ว ความขุ่นไม่เกิน 1 NTU ซึ่งระบบรวมถึงงานกำจัดตะกอนส่วนเกินที่โดนกำจัดออกจากระบบผลิตน้ำ ต้องกำจัดให้ถูกวิธีและไม่เป็นอันตรายต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม ซึ่งโครงการนี้เลือกใช้เทคโนโลยีการกำจัดโดยใช้เครื่อง Filter press ขนาด 1,000x 1,000 mm.
