- Review and Audit FAC UL2100, L2300 and L700 Report check route, check KPI, coverage RSRP,SINR, coverage issue, Site Configuration and Tuning site KPI not pass.
- Update Acceptance progress, inventory and check Submit to Plannar with PAC and FAC part .
- Prepare cell information and PAC KPIs to submit PAC report
- Prepare stats and calculate PAC KPIs to support tuning team via using SQL

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- RF optimization of LTE Network based on coverage RSRP, SINR, RSSI, low downlink and uplink throughput, CSFB, poor dominance and overshooting cells.
- Performs RF optimization of UMTS sites based on coverage based on RSCP, EcNo, number of active sets, low downlink and uplink throughput, pilot pollutions, poor dominance and overshooting cells.
- Performs neighbor audit, clean up, addition and deletion of neighbors based on the performance of the network both for 3G and 4G networks to improve retainability.
- Analysis of failed KPI’s (OSS and DT) and weekly results presentation to operator. Generate RF Acceptance report.
- OSS Load Balance Get Stat and analysis of balance load .
- Monitoring health check status.

- Drive test, Walk test, Speed test radio network for 2G,3G and 4G
- Optimization radio network for UMTS HSPA and QoS improvement
- Optimization of 3G network based on coverage RSCP, Ec/Io, Pilot pollution.
- Preparing AIS SSV (Single Site Verification) and submit to customer
- Proposed the solution for problem areas or customer complaints
- Checking throughput HSDPA and HSUPA from drive test log files versus traffic load from OSS
- Analyze and improve network performance related KPI requirement
- Optimization of 4G/LTE network based on coverage RSRP, RSRQ , SINR , PCI
- Analyze problem from worst cell list report and propose solution

OSS Engineer part
- Supporting operation and maintenance of 2G/3G/4G NOKIA equipment
- Perform to Parameter configuration, Alarm monitoring
- Planning of neighbor for 2G 3G LTE
- Support Customer requirement. (Provide the solutions for troubleshooting)
