>Prepare parameter planning 2G,3G,4G,5G (new site/new sector/Support event) Phase Expansion Coverage Improvement. Use to able Map Info, Microsoft Excel
>RF Configuration Run Baseline: Optimization Parameter, Load balance parameter, Parameter inconsistency, CSFB parameter
>RF Optimization: To use various tools to perform, analyze, troubleshoot, identify, and provide solutions or suggestion on RF optimization from statistic performance and drive test. To conduct radio network optimization, undertaking coverage and interference improvement and analysis for LTE (RSRP/SINR) network. Use to able T-Phone Analyzer, Map Info, Google earth pro
>RF monitor KPI: check the performance of Network. I have categories of KPI and numbers of KPI of each category. In the Optimization process I must check the KPI value to monitor and optimize the radio network performance to provide better subscriber quality or to achieve better use of installed network resources.
