- Handles customer Claim/Complaint and collaborates with related dept. to conduct investigative activities.
- Investigate and resolve Nonconforming (NC) and Defects improvement prevent re-occurrence
- Do support customers who visit the factory or customer audits activities.
- Manage supplier quality assessments, Quality Process Audits (QPA), Quality System Audit (QSA)
- Handle regular overseas conferences with customers from Japan, Philippines, and China.
- Ensure the manufacturing production lines run smoothly and generate a consistently suitable output of products that meet quality standard.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with concerned departments to ensure related products and processes are compatible with customer specification requirement
- Organize and manage QAQC team to achieve department KPIs goals and company policies.

- Manage and control the Incoming-inspection process to ensure raw material meets specifications.
- Manage measuring inspection tools/equipment and chemical laboratory testing.
- Manage finished-goods Outgoing-sampling inspection follow AQL and MIL-105E standards.
- Review each lot's Outgoing Inspection report (OGI) before uploading it to the customer's system
- Management of Special jobs assignment by President / Factory Manager
- Defined the Quality procedures(QP), Work Instruction (WI) and Inspection standard (IS)
- Engineering change management control (4M, 5M1E) that requested by internal or external.
- Communicate with the customer to confirm that the quality meets their requirements.
- Handles customer claim/complaint and collaborates with related dept. to conduct investigative activities.
and perform root cause analysis of errors and non-conformance with take corrective actions summarize all in 8D-investigation report.
- Main in-charge support customers visit factory / customer conduct audits
- Manage documents and reports that are required to submit to the customer.
- Review the First Article Inspection data (FAI) package that suppliers submitted or prior sending to Customer to ensure it satisfies quality standards, then ask for approvals before proceeding mass-pro.

- Sales representative with interact, advice with Clients to guide them the vehicle would be purchase.
- Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase, finance options & services to Clients.
- Negotiated low interest rate with banks and lending institutions.
- Coordinated dealer-to-dealer trades and controlled inventory.
- Create and keep current sales pricing and manufacturer promotions.
