ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1.) To monitor on production planning and coordinate with Production, QA for smooth on-line packing activities with no mistake and meet target output.
2.) Ensure shipments are met on schedule and customer requirement date.
3.) To control operator's discipline i.e. follow GMP and working instruction, and to feedback on any discrepancy, Ensure the quality and quantity of gloves produced in the factory meet customers’requirement at all time.
4.) Feedback quality, coordinate with QA and Warehouse to clear problematic glove.
5.) To conduct packing spot check in daily basis to ensure no mix brand, size and lot number.
6.) Work closely with supervisor to have sufficient workforce for smooth running of packing operation.
7.) Plan monthly work shift for packing operators and staffs, record upkeep cost and overtime budget.
8.) Ensure packing on-line/off-line area housekeeping is wellmaintained at all time.
9.) Ensure the packing personnel are doing their job correctly and provide adequate training.
