: Operation Fabrication Team Leader, Launch Team Leader, Paint Team Leader and EHS Coordinator
❖ EHS Coordinator, safety and environment of facility.
-Role be responsible Occupational health and safety of factory (OHS) -Investigate safety alert and near-miss report
-Project 11 finger and improvement tool from operation.
-Project use magnetic tool for shot blast part.
❖ Control and Plan teamwork in process fabrication.
❖ Role be responsible the work in correct way assembling in process fabrication.
❖ Trial and test part or some equipment new model D8R1 and D6R1 between ME.
D8R1 model of case & frame and radiator guard.
D6R1 model of case & frame and radiator guard.
❖ Check and test part or equipment before process assemble complete. For best quality of machine.
❖ PQVC is an improvement activity suggested from the operators that can have an impact mainly on the following categories.
❖ Experience from observe worked on fabrication new model D8R1 at caterpillar Brazil 1 month. Passed train weld from weld center caterpillar Brazil before observe Operation and learn process in
fabrication.
❖ Action about with problem in process and other Problem-Solving Report (PSR) Stop to fix and correct coordinate.
Information to team, Section manager, ME, QC, IQA and other.
Contentment by recheck back to 20 machines to new machine first in process.
Use four diamond check sheets for root case analysis.
Potential Cause Analysis determine Potential Causes by Fishbone, Is/Is Not, Histogram, etc. Interim Containment Action (ICA) (not containment).
Permanent Corrective Action (PCA).
Verification & Resolution Questions.
Countermeasure Tracking (Machines, Parts or Days with/without repeat).
❖ Activity done for Leader of Course Caterpillar Company.
- Simulation for process and control process production of Team.
- Improvement process in production and cycle time, Tack Time
- Train 6Sigma Course for employee.
- Train CPS and Seven waste or eight wastes of caterpillar.
- Train and study process weld with Mr. Thomas E. Heppner/1L/Caterpillar, (special trainer welder) from caterpillar USA.
- Trainer Create PR. Indirect and service of fabrication rule and respond problem in process. And follow issued PR is can't done.
- A committee canteen of CRTT (Caterpillar) and canteen audit committee team.

- A committee CI idea of CRTT (Caterpillar) selection the winner of the month " The best CI Idea of the month"
- A committee Earthmoving Strategy of CRTT (Caterpillar) and Server EOS is action plan. A committee Safety of CRTT (Caterpillar) and Audit safety plant of CRTT (Caterpillar).
