ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Perform review and verify material (steel cord: components in tires) test certificates.
- Perform testing and inspection of steel cord after it is produced, such as tensile testing.
- Improve and develop the manufacturing process.
- Perform quality control of goods in accordance with customer requests.
- Participates in defect process troubleshooting as directed by the Production Engineer from Japan.
- Carry out production quality standards.
- Quality document standards must be performed and prepared.

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Visual and dimension inspection should be performed in accordance with ASME B.16.5 (Pipe Flanges and Flanged Fittings), B16.9 (Buttwelding Fittings), B16.11 (Forged Fittings), and ASTM B16.48 (Line Blanks).
- Perform valve testing and inspection in accordance with customer requests (API 598 STANDARD).
- Perform a review and verify material test certificates.
- Participates in valve leak troubleshooting as directed by the engineer of PTTGC and GCME.
- Records inspection and test data as prescribed by written instructions and procedures of the customer.
- Perform review and verify material test certificates (pipe, flanges, fittings, valves).
- Assist in conducting inspection activities relating to product quality investigations.
- Perform the development of inspection methods and procedures.
- Make decisions regarding product acceptance as per product documentation.
- Calibrate measurement instruments such as UTMs, pressure gauges, depth gauges, and Vernier calipers.
- Complete and submit a goods complaint inspection report to the manufacturer.
- Devise new ideas to improve process quality and implement the methodologies based on the ideas.
- Handle process quality issues when they happen and improve them with initiative, including customer complaints.
