Support new model line production.
Support the current model.
-Testing & preparing a new jig tool, checker, and
machine for installation in line production.
-Transfer and follow up on the problem of a new
jig, and Tool checker with the supplier.
-Prepare and issue new documents (PM, TPM) of
the new jig tool, and machine.
-Fix and improvement machine by design
simulation in 3D to prevent recurring problems.
-Monitoring problems of machines to find root
causes by analyzing PLC.
-Order spare parts for maintenance follow-up
plan.
