My current job title is office engineer. The work involved is construction cost estimation. Calculate the amount of construction work from the structure, architecture, electrical and sanitation works. Prepare construction contract documents, Create a bar-cut list before starting a new job site to order rebar, clear shopdrawing for site engineers and foreman, procure subcontractors and materials to deliver to the construction site. Prepare a list of additional tasks and a list of reduced tasks other than the main contract and make a budget of project.
