- Respond to all sales and customer management related inquiries professionally with the purpose of generating excitement and interest in our products and driving the customers to visit the center
- Provide consultations to all prospects/leads by identifying building up their needs, handling objections, and recommending
- Recommend marketing initiatives responding to local needs to drive sales
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service and engage with all potential existing customers to ensure that all their needs and requests are taken care of
- Prepare documentaries such as customer records, emails, invoices, inventory reports, summary promotions/discounts, customer inquiry documents, and other correspondence
- Ensure that all databases and reports are updated and recorded in time
- Provide callers and guests with detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, and hours of operation
- Actively promote the spa, treatment, spa products, services, sessions, and retail, as well as programs, promotions, or discounts available
- Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction
- Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention
- Ensure that check-in, check-out, and payment process in handled in accordance with company policies
