- Planing monthly promotions, activities and vouchers with strategic partners to support OOH campaigns/promotions to incremental the company.
- Track campaign performance and media support to analyze the result and improvement the campaign strategy.
- Communication with sales and operation team by summarizing the handbook of partnership privilege.
- Maintain a good relationship with current partners and increase campaign/promotion with strategic partners.
- To implement campaigns through partner initiatives to drive revenue from both room and F&B sides base in Thailand.
- Looking for new partners and sign new partnership agreements based in Thailand.

- Support members campaigns and activities to increase performance
- Handle member satisfaction by response to their inquiries and complaints through email, phone calls, live chat with "Can do" attitude
- Handle requested for accumulation and redemption of member by use OPERA PMS system, Serenata CRM and Cendyn CRM
- Tracking campaign performance by SynXis Central Reservation System to analyze the result and improvement the campaign strategy
- Communicate with related departments to drive the and execute Dusit campaign
