ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Cooperate with sales engineer and sales coordination in terms of technical support and equipment selection
• Technical clarify with customer and supplier
• Prepare technical proposal and bid tabulation
• Incorporate all required technical documents to meet customer’s requirement
• Work with external resources to resolve product issues
• Troubleshooting the product issues after-sales
• Provide product training for sales engineers and customers
