● Working directly with The shell company of Thailand limited
● Responsible for E2E acquisition new petrol retail station as well as E2E disposals within mandate and company strategy.
● To ensure delivery of KPIs through project management approach with L2 (subcontract) real estate brokers and internal stakeholder (Network Planner Team, Sales & Operation, Engineer, Soil & Ground Water, Legal, Finance, NFR( Non fuel retail)
● Provides Program oversight and support the Real Estate & Portfolio in the strategic and tactical directions given to the team which enables the delivery of the real estate (RE) agenda and program in an efficient and commercially focused manner.
● Manage with partners for property valuation process/ permission report/ Topography survey and property due diligent process for all acquisition and disposals. This is to highlight for coordination until site can secure permit to enable construction of outlets.
● Work on KPI report and progress of acquisition and disposals projects through Bi-weekly/monthly basis
