• Monitor the subcontractor that has installed the subcontractor must complete all EHS(Safety) SmartQC Steps before starting the work.

• Monitor AOR is a subcontractor that will install the antenna or device on the NodeB tower, the subcontractor will send pictures and information that the installation is correct according to the location according to the specified angle or not, we will confirm it for the subcontractor

• Generate PAT Site Folder collect information and pictures Arrange the installation document, NodeB cabinet, antenna installation into the ISDP system so that the subcontractor be used to send the work to the customer.

• Verify the correct installation of NodeB cabinet, wiring, antenna serial installation, equipment to meet the standards of Huawei from the pictures subcontractor Uploaded in the SmartQC system.
