ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
R&D Assistant
- To control and follow up on various experiments and deliver the production process of prototype products.
- To preparation of equipment, chemicals, latex and hand dip.
- To check results with Spec %Chemical in process/parameter/machine efficiency.
- To solutions to solve problems and improve to develop production processes and products.
- To service of the agency's equipment and various experimental gloves.
- To find solutions to solve problems and improve to develop production processes and products.
- Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.

QA Officer
- Respond to customer complaints.
- Investigate the Root causes, Corrective and Preventive Action.
- Respond capa report to the customer.
- Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.

SUPERVISOR, PRODUCTION
- To be responsible for process control, order and prepare material for use in installation of new production line.
- To prepare readiness and machine inspection of new production line.
- Production solving and quality glove focus.
- Analysis process parameter and controlling specification’s parameter.
- To monitoring quality of glove and finding root cause and corrective action to guide line to person in charge and follow up result.
OFFICER, R&D
- To conduct incoming raw material test as per required.
- To familiarize with compounding and chemical preparation side, formulation & changes.
- To arrange hand dip study according to schedule and conduct hand-dip small scale samples for R&D study.
- To conduct laboratory test relevant with R&D studies inclusive of chemical evaluation,
hand dip compound, troubleshooting.
- To conduct finish goods test for related to R&D studies samples and monitoring samples.
- Analyse trial, Estimate and calculate for costing.
- Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
