might affect the quality of the project. and also manage the relationship between my team and other
teams.
6:Check the quality of the project with subcontractors, consultants after the projects are finished, and find a method to solve the problems which exist in the projects.
7:Try to reduce the cost of the project by using some advanced technology, and protecting the finished project during the construction.
8:Make a weekly report which includes the problems, solving methods, preventing methods, safety
measurement, timeline control, budget control, the expectation of next week, etc.
9:Make a daily work plan for our team and deal with the relationship between our team and
subcontractors.
10:Make contact with all concerned organizations and make payment for the project.
