• Support to establish standard policies, procedures, processes and best practices to promote compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist with regulatory reporting including requests from other government agencies.
• Ensure effective communication of compliance matters across the company as well as business partners.
• Lead and manage front of house operational and administrative services to both internal and external stakeholders such as brand partners, content providers, users, suppliers, etc.
• Ensure and drive the contract, agreement, MOU, LOI, NDA and all other business, trading, commercial documents are legalized and compliant with T&B Group policies, protocols, procedures, and processes.
• Own front-of-house customer/user service protocol and collaborate with AVP Tech & Project Management to monitor outsources’ and 3rd party service providers’ to deliver their work standard.
• Manage back-of-house and internal operations and administrations in alignment with compliance standard.
