ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Obtain new project information from customers such as development plan, specification, RFQ, CSR, etc.
• Coordinate and manage both customer and supplier to prepare and submit APQP and PPAP document on time. according to master development plan.
• Review a break down cost and issue to quotation to customer in order to obtain a price confirmation from them.
• Follow up Sales Forecast and the official order from customer by weekly and monthly.
• Issue Purchase order to supplier also coordinate them to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitoring and manage stock control of new model only.
• Handle customer's inquiries and complaint. Visit both customer and supplier when is required to go over there.
• Summarize SPI Report and Status report of APQP/PPAP document by monthly.
• Cost Reduction and Kaizen Activity. Also Other duties assigned.

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• First analyze defective product is returned from both domestic and oversea customers
• Make the first analysis report both 0 km and market claim.
• Update and report to customer regarding to action plan and countermeasure report.
• Visit customer both domestic and oversea.
• Involve and share idea of the quality perspective to develop a new product with product development team together.
• Make the service scheme for new model such as service manual, service part list and etc.
• Make quality document is concerned to the product quality (such as WI, technical guide material or etc.)


• Forecast service part to support In-Out product warranty in each product.
• Issue purchase order to supplier and coordinate them to ensure timely delivery.
• Issue quotation and sale invoice to customer. Also Inventory control, Stock reconcile and Yearly Scrap.
• Arrange and delivery service part to Honda, MMTh and Distributor both domestic and oversea.
• Summarize the purchase order and sale order reports to manager by monthly.
• Summarize both weekly and monthly product quality reports to manager.

• Control the quality of both incoming and outgoing products in order to meet customer requirement.
• Issue the abnormal report and also set up the meeting when find any defect in production line.
• Plan and arrange man power to inspect a product in production line.
• Lead to proceed monthly internal audit, set up the meeting to share the internal audit result and follow up CAR
• Make a quality document (such as procedure / WI /rule).
• Summarize both weekly and monthly quality reports to QA manager.
