Thesis Title A Study for Shrinkage rate affected to length of Natural Rubber Product
The study of the test to find the contraction rate on the work piece length to get the job with precision. Suitable for mold making according to the size the customer wants. The test is made of 30 pieces of rubber specimens in order to record the results of each length. It is found that the specimens have unequal shrinkage values. The mold length of 100 mm has a shrinkage value of 1.7033% with a tolerance value of ± 0.05 mm. The mold length of 200 mm has a shrinkage value of 1.7168% with a tolerance value of ± 0.2 mm. The mold length of 300 mm has a shrinkage value of 1.7316% with a tolerance value of ± 0.4 mm. The mold length of 400 mm has a shrinkage value of 1.7456% with a tolerance value of ± 0.4 mm.
